Important Service Update
From 30 June 2025, North Coast Health Connect calls will be answered by Healthdirect nurses.
You’ll still be able to ‘ask a nurse first’ and get 24/7 confidential health advice from qualified nurses – now through Healthdirect Australia, a government-funded service that provides health information and advice by phone at 1800 022 222.
This change aligns with the NSW Health Single Front Door approach, helping connect you to the right care, at the right time, through one single access point.
